What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis of member country development co-operation practices against set criteria.
• Generate evidence-based analysis using creditor reporting system data and draft analytical reports.
• Prepare and participate in mid-term reviews and missions to headquarters and partner countries.
• Develop and promote guidance on effective development in areas such as fragility, governance, and gender.
• Liaise with DAC Delegates, reviewers, and member officials, engaging at senior levels.
• Synthesize lessons from peer reviews to create learning products and profiles.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in development, international relations, political science, public administration, law, or economics.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in a national or international aid agency.
• Practical experience in assessing and reporting on development agency projects and institutional performance.
• Demonstrated skills in policy analysis and understanding of critical issues facing developing countries.
• Fluency in English or French and knowledge of the other official hirify.global language.
• Strong intercultural ability to work in complex, multilateral settings.
