What you will do

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank account administration, and payment activities.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term forecasts for cash flow, liquidity, capital, and collateral.
• Execute liquidity and funding strategies and perform stress testing and scenario analysis to support risk management.
• Prepare executive and Board-level treasury reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and administration of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and banking platforms.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, custodians, and other financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive treasury experience in insurance, financial services, or banking.
• Strong expertise in liquidity management, capital planning, and collateral management.
• Experience implementing or administering Treasury Management Systems (TMS) (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CTP, or other relevant professional designations.
• Specific experience within the insurance or annuity industry.
• Experience with JPMorgan Access.
