What you will do

• Support the execution of rollout plans for customer support initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Process Management, Platform teams, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Prepare teams for new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Develop rollout communications and guidance materials.
• Track rollout progress, identify risks, and escalate blockers during implementation.
• Monitor adoption and capture lessons learned after rollout activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, or Change Support roles.
• Proven track record in project or implementation coordination.
• Background in process or operational support.
• Skills in business analysis or reporting.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine to support the hybrid work model.
