What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage the career growth of engineers across three distinct teams.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for developer productivity and the release experience.
  • Drive the company's performance engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and internal CI teams to optimize software build workflows.
  • Scale and evolve tier-0 CI/CD systems to support increasingly complex environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in people management with a focus on mentoring and building high-trust teams.
  • Strong track record in project delivery and roadmap planning.
  • Expertise in system design for reliable, high-scale systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal customers and platform providers.
  • Must be based in Portugal

Nice to have

  • Experience with internal tooling or developer productivity teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) systems.
  • Experience with benchmarking or AWS.
