What you will do
- Deliver world-class customer service across multiple channels for the Swedish market.

- Handle billing inquiries, account updates, and contract management.
- Advise customers on energy-saving opportunities and sustainability.

Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Must be based in or able to work in Stockholm (Hybrid).
- Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field.
- Customer-oriented mentality with an empathetic attitude.
- Ability to solve technical and billing problems efficiently.
- Strong technical literacy and comfort working in technology-driven environments.
