TL;DR

Customer Support Advisor (Workforce Management): Managing technical support cases for a complex workforce management system with an accent on technical troubleshooting and end-to-end case ownership. Location: Hybrid (Stockholm), minimum of two days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Own incoming support cases end-to-end via email and phone, from initial response through to resolution.
  • Investigate technical issues by analyzing customer setups and reproducing problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to developers, CSMs, or implementation teams while maintaining customer communication.
  • Manage and prioritize a live caseload of new and ongoing tickets.
  • Communicate fluently with customers in German and English via writing, phone, or video calls.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Curiosity and ability to learn and navigate complex technical systems.
  • Must be based in Stockholm or be able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with workforce management software.
  • Fluency in Swedish.
