What you will do
- Own incoming support cases end-to-end via email and phone, from initial response through to resolution.
- Investigate technical issues by analyzing customer setups and reproducing problems.
- Escalate complex issues to developers, CSMs, or implementation teams while maintaining customer communication.
- Manage and prioritize a live caseload of new and ongoing tickets.
- Communicate fluently with customers in German and English via writing, phone, or video calls.
- Provide product feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Curiosity and ability to learn and navigate complex technical systems.
- Must be based in Stockholm or be able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with workforce management software.
- Fluency in Swedish.
