Application Security Coordinator (Fintech): Coordinating and driving the remediation of security findings from penetration tests and vulnerability scans with an accent on vulnerability assessment and stakeholder management. Focus on analyzing scan results, prioritizing risks using CVE/CVSS standards, and ensuring timely resolution across development and infrastructure teams.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN per day (B2B)

What you will do

• Coordinate security testing outcomes and drive the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and prioritize findings based on risk.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure security fixes are implemented.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate complex security topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Establish and maintain security governance and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of application and infrastructure security.
• Experience in vulnerability management and remediation workflows.
• Ability to interpret penetration testing reports and vulnerability scan results.
• Proficiency with CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
• English: Daily interaction in an international environment required
