Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — Working in the Warsaw office 3 days a week

What you will do

• Own the technical quality and architecture of internal systems, ensuring decisions are documented and consistently applied.
• Lead and develop the engineering team through regular 1-on-1s and clear growth paths.
• Drive ERP implementation by integrating modules seamlessly into existing backend systems.
• Act as the technical voice in cross-functional planning, managing constraints and risks with business stakeholders.
• Own system reliability and observability, including monitoring, alerting, and postmortem processes.
• Embed AI and automation into internal processes to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a backend engineering team, including technical direction and delivery accountability.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django.
• Strong skills in system design, API architecture, and backend observability/monitoring.
• Understanding of ERP platforms and their integration with backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux, and GCP.
• Fluent Polish (C1) and good command of English (B2).
• Ability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
