What you will do

• Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure using a microservices architecture.
• Conduct research and integrate blockchain fundamentals, protocols, and features into the platform.
• Build high-throughput, real-time scalable software solutions for blockchain management.
• Collaborate with foundations and developers to implement new on-chain project features.
• Ensure production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience working on high-scale distributed systems and API design.
• Deep knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and distributed systems.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building blockchain solutions for enterprise or institutional use cases.
• Understanding of MPC, multi-signature wallets, or advanced cryptographic techniques.
• Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts.
• Ability to apply AI tools in day-to-day development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
