What you will do

• Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure within a microservices architecture.
• Research and integrate blockchain protocols and features into the platform.
• Collaborate with foundations and developers to implement new on-chain features.
• Ensure production reliability through on-call participation and incident response.
• Build high-throughput and real-time scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Experience with high-scale distributed systems and API design.
• Knowledge of consensus mechanisms and cryptographic primitives.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building blockchain solutions for enterprise or institutional use cases.
• Understanding of smart contract security and advanced cryptography (MPC, multi-sig).
• Ability to apply AI tools in daily development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
