What you will do

• Implement backend features for the Integration Core, including repository importing, binding, authentication, and webhook processing.
• Own the full software lifecycle from local Java development to AWS production deployment and monitoring.
• Develop shared libraries and APIs used by other engineering squads to interact with DevOps platforms.
• Contribute to agentic workflow features by building connectors and APIs that allow AI agents to consume hirify.global context.
• Utilize AI assistants to accelerate boilerplate and refactoring while maintaining full responsibility for architecture and quality.
• Participate in design discussions, perform PR reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one major language, with Java or Python being a significant plus.
• Basic understanding of HTTP, API fundamentals, and Linux environments.
• Genuine interest in AI/LLMs, such as experience with NLP, ML courses, or OpenAI APIs.
• Analytical mindset with a drive to understand system behavior under the hood.
