What you will do
- Design, plan, and execute social media content strategies for both organic and paid channels.
- Manage and engage online communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create visual and video content using Canva and CapCut.
- Develop editorial calendars and write engaging copy for corporate communications and executive thought leadership.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs, engagement, and conversion data.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams to ensure cross-channel brand consistency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Metricool).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM applied to social media content.
- Certifications in social media platforms or digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
