What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experimentation operating system, including governance, standards, and quality controls.
• Define and enforce standards for experiment design, metric selection, and statistical validity.
• Drive experimentation velocity and coverage across all product surfaces to eliminate under-tested areas.
• Establish a single source of truth for experimentation health and outcomes for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to align priorities and resolve system-level issues.
• Design and scale frameworks, documentation, and tooling to make correct experimentation the default behavior.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science, experimentation, or product analytics in a product-led organization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, causal inference, and applied experimentation frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data organizations.
• Experience designing and improving end-to-end experimentation systems and organizational behavior.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS experimentation tools such as Statsig, Eppo, or Growthbook.
• Background working in high-scale product environments like marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel platforms.
• Track record of driving experimentation adoption across multiple product teams or brands.
