What you will do
- Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve HR decision-making and workforce management.
- Automate and simplify internal processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
- Communicate data insights through clear storytelling and visualisations.
- Champion data literacy and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience with Power Platform services.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with Python or other low-code/pro-code technologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex data insights through reports and presentations.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
- Background in HR systems or workforce management.
