People Systems Power Apps Developer (Power Platform): Developing and maintaining HR-focused tooling and data products within the People & Data Interfaces Squad with an accent on Power Platform services and process automation. Focus on delivering actionable data-driven insights, improving workforce management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Edinburgh, Bristol, Halifax, or Leeds) with hybrid working options.

Salary: £44,901–£49,890

What you will do

  • Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to improve HR decision-making and workforce management.
  • Automate and simplify internal processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
  • Communicate data insights through clear storytelling and visualisations.
  • Champion data literacy and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on engineering experience with Power Platform services.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Python or other low-code/pro-code technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey complex data insights through reports and presentations.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
  • Background in HR systems or workforce management.
