TL;DR

Workday Service Manager (HRIS): Managing the delivery of post-implementation Tier 3 services on the Workday platform with an accent on HCM, Financials, and client relationship management. Focus on configuring solutions, coordinating technical SMEs, and positioning Workday AI capabilities to strategic clients.

Location: Remote/home-based with travel to client sites (up to 25% max) within the UKI/EMEA region

What you will do

  • Provide service leadership for a portfolio of 4-5 strategic Workday clients.
  • Manage the intake, triage, and coordination of client requests with internal SMEs.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and delivery of consulting services on the Workday platform.
  • Maintain client optimization and product roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Manage service capacity, adhere to best practices, and perform monthly variance analysis.
  • Position Workday AI capabilities to drive the evolution of client platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management or service delivery experience in SaaS (Workday preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS or Financial Applications consulting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
  • Workday application certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain it).
  • Strong consultative and communication skills for managing complex client discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
