What you will do

  • Define and design the end-to-end delegate and visitor experience across the digital ecosystem.
  • Create cohesive and consistent UX across multiple products, including registration flows and event apps.
  • Map customer journeys and service blueprints to identify and resolve user pain points.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to align user needs with business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and champion accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience creating intuitive, human-centered experiences for complex digital ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in producing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Ability to translate business goals and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences.
  • Must be based in or have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is usually not offered).

Nice to have

  • Experience in events, marketplaces, SaaS, or large-scale consumer platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, registration platforms, event apps, or identity management.
