What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for global stakeholders and serve as the primary decision point and escalation contact.
• Oversee financial management for assigned programs, including budgets, forecasts, and margin management.
• Define delivery standards and governance models to improve marketing operations efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive background in leading complex digital or omnichannel marketing projects for global markets.
• Strong people leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Proven expertise in project and program management (PMP or equivalent preferred).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and pharmaceutical marketing environments.
• Experience managing program financials, including budgets and profitability.
