What you will do

• Support partners, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues.
• Provide expertise on database setup, user management, rules, reporting, and portal configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to connectivity and installation of GO devices.
• Coordinate the return and exchange process for hirify.global devices and accessories.
• Develop and deliver product service training directly to resellers and customers.
• Report escalating and severe technical concerns to management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting.
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (read, write, and communicate).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript and data warehouses like Google BigQuery.
• Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, reports) and proficiency in Google Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 operational environment.
