What you will do

• Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for utility systems.
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD according to industry standards.
• Support mining projects through all phases: Pre-Feasibility (PFS), Detailed Engineering (DES), FEED, and Detailed Design.
• Prepare robust tender packages and construction-ready documentation for mining infrastructure.
• Perform engineering calculations and organize technical data using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate records in the document control system and ensure compliance with Australian Standards and WA Mines Safety Regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a drafting or engineering role, preferably within mining or heavy industry.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D) with experience creating P&IDs and PFDs.
• Excellent English skills (writing and speaking).
• Strong technical writing abilities for producing compliant tender documents and engineering reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Australian WA mining standards or Non-Process Infrastructure.
• Background in modular and scalable infrastructure design.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
