What you will do

• Conduct field sales activities to identify, approach, and onboard SME merchants.
• Promote and sell payment solutions such as QR payments, e-wallets, and POS terminals.
• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to drive satisfaction and transaction growth.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process in coordination with Product and Technical teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and merchant discount rates (MDRs).
• Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Must be currently residing in the assigned territory (Metro Cebu).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak and understand the local dialect is an advantage.
