What you will do

• Conduct field sales and merchant acquisition for SMEs within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell company payment solutions including QR payments and POS terminals.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and merchant discount rates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant concerns and inquiries.
• Monitor merchant performance to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or merchant acquisition.
• Currently residing within the assigned territory of Iloilo.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for field work.
