What you will do

• Lead design projects from conception to production for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Create platform-optimized, pixel-perfect designs for iOS, Android, web, and mobile web.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive Design Language System (DLS) and reusable templates.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and research teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Conduct user research to identify and address user needs and behaviors.
• Create detailed specifications and redlines to guide the technical implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, shared libraries, and branching.
• Proven experience building a product's UI/UX from the ground up.
• Significant experience working with design systems, tokens, and variable structures.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
