What you will do

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns while tracking performance metrics to optimize engagement.
• Partner with product teams to support new market launches and ensure CRM readiness.
• Oversee reporting requirements and define needs for new CRM functionalities.
• Manage daily campaign activities to maintain high-quality standards.
• Process and prioritize incoming requests from various divisions.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure compliance and process adherence.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing CRM processes and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with no-code CRM platforms such as Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io.
• English: Upper intermediate (B2) required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
