What you will do
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns while tracking performance metrics to optimize engagement.
- Partner with product teams to support new market launches and ensure CRM readiness.
- Oversee reporting requirements and define needs for new CRM functionalities.
- Manage daily campaign activities to maintain high-quality standards.
- Process and prioritize incoming requests from various divisions.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure compliance and process adherence.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing CRM processes and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with no-code CRM platforms such as Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io.
- English: Upper intermediate (B2) required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
