What you will do
- Plan and execute impactful promotion campaigns to drive user retention.
- Conduct detailed campaign analysis focusing on key success metrics.
- Customize communication across multiple channels including Email, SMS, Popup, and WebPush.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate content and design materials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Marketing Management.
- Proven experience managing communication channels (email, SMS, push, popup).
- Deep knowledge of casino and sports player behavior, industry mechanics, and bonuses.
- Proficiency with key industry KPIs such as GGR, NGR, Turnover, and ATPU.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Location: Must be based in Europe
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Experience working with Jira.
