What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or onsite.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical system, hardware, and software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests through the IT Support Service Desk based on business impact.
  • Guide users through problem-solving processes to empower independent resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation and service catalog content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • English: Proficiency in spoken and written communication required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in macOS.
  • Experience troubleshooting AI-powered productivity and developer tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex).
  • Knowledge of workflow and automation tools.
