What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through product adoption and change management initiatives.
- Monitor customer health and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for value realization.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Conduct business reviews and effective presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in coordination with Sales Management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in CRM and deep understanding of customer engagement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for performing data analysis and management.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Proven ability in program and project management, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be based in Thailand for on-site work.
