Premier Reservation Manager (Travel-Tech)

Location: Remote from Antalya, Turkey; Baku, Azerbaijan; Bangkok, Thailand; Da Nang, Vietnam; or Almaty, Kazakhstan. Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. GMT+3.

Salary: €800 base salary per month, plus up to €200 KPI bonus.

What you will do

• Receive and process VIP client requests for hotels, other accommodation, transport services, and excursions worldwide.
• Search for and book accommodation and additional services according to client requests.
• Prepare commercial offers for clients.
• Negotiate prices, cancellation terms, booking conditions, and payment terms directly with hotels and suppliers.
• Support clients with completed bookings, including cancellations, changes, and relocations.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Upper-intermediate Russian proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Kindness, empathy, stress resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
• Ability to learn quickly and remain focused on results.
• Experience in tourism, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of hotel bases in the Russian Federation and popular destinations in Europe and Asia.
• A functioning computer and microphone.
