What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of APAC print partners and suppliers to drive accountability and growth.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and operational readiness for new product launches across the region.
• Drive onboarding for new products and capabilities to ensure scalable success.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve operational processes and scalability of Canva Print.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and handle operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, e-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or product operations.
• Proven track record of owning a business area or partner network with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or fulfillment providers.
• Experience launching and scaling physical products across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence outcomes across stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn complexity into clear action.
