What you will do

• Oversee daily robot deployments by coordinating between field agents and piloting teams.
• Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real-time to minimize service disruptions.
• Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality measures.
• Track and report key operational metrics such as deployment efficiency and service uptime.
• Support the onboarding and training of new operations associates.
• Open and close depots according to the scheduled shift.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Gold Coast, Australia.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in various weather conditions.
