What you will do

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the Australia and New Zealand region.
• Act as the primary operational contact for external third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Coordinate timely and compliant customs clearance for all imports and exports.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock level tracking and external warehouse optimization.
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation while managing day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Sales Support, or Office Administration.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience within a global healthcare or medical device company.
