Senior Community Specialist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Develop and implement community strategies to increase player engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Manage player interactions across social media, forums, Discord, Twitch, and other community channels.
• Engage players through livestreams, discussions, in-game activities, contests, and community events.
• Monitor engagement, sentiment, player feedback, and other community health metrics to identify trends.
• Provide actionable insights for player experience, product development, marketing, and publishing initiatives.
• Handle player concerns and sensitive situations while representing the player perspective to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology and online communities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, copywriting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work from Singapore or Ho Chi Minh.
