Location: Hybrid (Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines)

What you will do

  • Spearhead KYB onboarding operations and provide high-quality after-sales support to partners and clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and ensure SOPs are up-to-date while providing guidance to associates and specialists.
  • Oversee Partner Support and Onboarding sub-teams to ensure efficient ticket resolution and service quality.
  • Lead account management efforts to build trusted relationships with partners aligned with company goals.
  • Establish success metrics for partnerships and monitor activity to prevent partner churn.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or partner operations.
  • Proven experience in KYB onboarding and related operational workflows.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
