What you will do
- Spearhead KYB onboarding operations and provide high-quality after-sales support to partners and clients.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure SOPs are up-to-date while providing guidance to associates and specialists.
- Oversee Partner Support and Onboarding sub-teams to ensure efficient ticket resolution and service quality.
- Lead account management efforts to build trusted relationships with partners aligned with company goals.
- Establish success metrics for partnerships and monitor activity to prevent partner churn.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or partner operations.
- Proven experience in KYB onboarding and related operational workflows.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Must be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
