What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Support Specialists overseeing inventory, website, and implementation functions.
- Drive a high-performance service culture focused on responsiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Establish performance expectations and utilize operational metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to enhance customer workflows and product usability.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent, fostering leadership development within the organization.
- Create scalable processes to improve both internal team performance and the external customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Orlando, FL office (Hybrid: Monday-Thursday).
- Availability to work rotational evening and weekend shifts.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in customer support, SaaS, B2B, or operational service environments.
- Experience leading customer-facing teams with a focus on service quality and operational metrics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of golf operations, golf technology products, or sports technology environments.
