What you will do

• Lead the design and integration of scalable AI/ML systems for the POI domain.
• Deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions for high-impact, large-scale initiatives.
• Develop advanced algorithmic models to address complex real-world geospatial challenges.
• Shape technical architecture and influence platform evolution across teams.
• Mentor Applied Scientists and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to define AI/ML strategy and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Applied Science and Machine Learning techniques.
• Proven experience in building and deploying scalable AI/ML systems in production.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with data-driven approaches.
• Strong system design skills and ability to influence technical direction.
• Proficiency in writing efficient, maintainable, and production-quality code.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
