What you will do

• Research and develop novel AI solutions for image and video understanding, generation, transformation, and optimization.
• Explore and evaluate Generative AI and multimodal models to identify practical applications for product differentiation.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale AI models and pipelines for production environments.
• Design scalable approaches for serving models that handle billions of assets efficiently.
• Prototype new ideas and collaborate with engineering teams to move research innovations into production.
• Help shape the overall technical direction of the company's AI initiatives.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and/or applied AI research.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, Python, and frameworks like PyTorch, Diffusers, or Transformers.
• Proven track record of training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models in distributed cloud environments.
• Ability to take research concepts through experimentation into production-ready capabilities.
• Location: Must be based in Israel

Nice to have

• Background in computer vision, image processing, or video technologies.
• Experience with multimodal AI models and media generation workflows.
• Familiarity with inference acceleration and optimization techniques.
• Experience building scalable AI infrastructure or model-serving systems.
• Contributions to research publications or open-source AI communities.
