What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack lifecycle support for digital asset delivery systems.
• Perform application tuning and performance optimization to ensure efficient media delivery.
• Lead incident cause-analysis and execute remediation efforts to prevent future failures.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to develop monitoring for key system health and performance metrics.
• Write code and scripts to automate operational tasks and system management.

Requirements

• Experience with SRE best practices including Resiliency, Observability, Availability, and Scalability.
• Proficiency with Linux OS, public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL).
• Experience with automation and CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Ability to develop scripts using Python, Node.js, or Perl.
• Experience with digital asset delivery systems like Signiant and Aspera.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• BS in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting high-volume or large-scale environments.
• Experience within the broadcast or production media industry.
• Cloud platform certifications.
