What you will do

• Design end-to-end UX solutions across creator and fan experiences, from discovery to production-ready workflows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to validate ideas and communicate product direction.
• Own Shopify storefront design and implementation, including theme customization and end-to-end execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and improve product decisions.
• Contribute to the evolution and consistency of a scalable design system across all digital surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience shipping customer-facing web or e-commerce digital products.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify theme customization and storefront architecture.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured, actionable design solutions.

• Certifications in UX/UI or Shopify.
