Salary: $34,400–$45,000

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network failures.
- Perform installation, configuration, and preventative maintenance of systems.
- Document cases thoroughly to ensure information continuity.
- Escalate complex issues beyond Tier 1 scope to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Must have at least 18 months of experience in a technical support environment.
- Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
- Must be available for on-call duties, including holidays and weekends.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
