What you will do

• Conduct Linux OS troubleshooting and resolve autobuild Kickstart failures.
• Diagnose and repair physical layer network and server hardware issues.
• Install and maintain SSD and NVMe storage components.
• Manage the Jira ticket queue and monitor resolution quality.
• Onboard and mentor contracted data center technicians.
• Participate in the data center on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Linux OS troubleshooting and administration.
• Experience with server hardware diagnostics and physical repairs.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and IPMI tools.
• Ability to manage technical tasks via Jira.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and onboarding team members.
