What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor system alerts and performance dashboards to ensure operational stability.
  • Troubleshoot issues across servers, applications, and network components.
  • Document and escalate complex technical cases to L3 engineering teams.
  • Assist with routine system maintenance, including patching and backups.
  • Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems while adhering to SLA targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ukraine.
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure and systems operations.
  • Basic understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience working with command-line interfaces (CLI).
  • English level B2 (primarily written communication).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
