• Extract and edit high-impact moments for short-form platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Apply advanced techniques including multi-cam editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Collaborate with producers and marketing teams to refine content direction and storytelling.
• Manage publishing pipelines and file organization using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor performance metrics to iterate on editing styles and pacing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• 5+ years of professional experience in video and audio editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing content for B2B or thought leadership brands.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific trends, hooks, and audience retention strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
