What you will do
- Produce internal and external content for Employer Brand initiatives, including company events and employee interviews.
- Handle full technical setup, including camera operation, professional lighting, and audio capture in studio and on-location environments.
- Edit raw footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on precise cutting, color correction, and sound mixing.
- Optimize content for performance by testing hooks and creating multiple short-form cuts for social platforms.
- Develop and maintain reusable video templates and editing presets to ensure production consistency across channels.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality storytelling across digital video formats.
- Proven filming skills, including professional use of light and sound to create mood on set.
- Advanced video editing skills with expertise in color grading and sound design.
- Ability to perform same-day or "live" editing for time-sensitive event recaps.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the ability to create simple animations in After Effects.
Nice to have
- Ability to create independent motion graphics and polished animations.
- Strong eye for composition and light for both event and studio/portrait shoots.
- Experience building shot lists and storyboards to translate written briefs into visual sequences.
