What you will do

• Develop and execute creative solutions for curated film programming, including brand campaigns and social media assets.
• Produce film key art and motion graphics for trailers.
• Execute rollout and production work, such as banners, social cards, and templates, within a fast-paced slate.
• Maintain strict brand consistency and craft across all visual outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Proactively explore new visual languages and stay current with design trends and tools.

Requirements

• Formal design education with 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong fundamentals across digital, print, and motion design with typographic sensitivity.
• Professional proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to handle high volume and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Intermediate level skills in After Effects and Figma.
• Familiarity with scripting or plugin development (e.g., InDesign ExtendScript, Figma plugins).
