What you will do

• Plan and segment CRM campaigns across multiple channels including Email, SMS, and App push.
• Prepare and test templates for various communication channels.
• Collaborate with 3rd party providers for SMS campaign execution.
• Manage campaign planning and tracking using Jira.
• Analyze campaign performance via CRM dashboards to inform future strategy.
• Coordinate design and content requirements for marketing assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency in HTML for template creation.
• Previous experience working with CRM systems.
• English proficiency (writing and speaking) required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
