What you will do

• Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for a fast-growing social sweepstakes casino.
• Manage daily and weekly broadcast campaigns, ensuring zero downtime in broadcasting.
• Scale the email database toward 10M+ contacts, overseeing acquisition, deliverability, and list hygiene.
• Build and maintain deep audience segmentation (10–15+ segments) based on VIP tiers and behavioral signals.
• Analyze campaign performance (open rates, conversions, revenue) and continuously test subject lines and offers.
• Collaborate with product, CRM, and design teams to align email efforts with push, SMS, and in-app channels.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience with Customer.io.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing specifically for online casino, iGaming, or social casino brands.
• Experience managing email databases with 10M+ contacts.
• Proven ability to build deep user segmentation and run daily broadcasts to a fully segmented database.
• Must be based in the EU or listed European countries (CET ± 4 hours).
