What you will do

• Execute the Annual Internal Audit Plan for IT, Information Security, and payment systems.
• Perform risk-based audits including control testing, documentation, and issue identification.
• Draft audit reports and present conclusions to the Audit Committee.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines from CNBV, Banco de México, and Colombian authorities.
• Provide guidance on IT regulatory compliance for new technology projects.
• Coordinate responses and documentation during external regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in internal audit within the banking sector.
• Must be proficient in Spanish (native or fluent).
• Intermediate level of English (B1) required.
• Hands-on experience with PCI/DSS, BCP/DRP, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems and IT governance.
• Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.
