What you will do

• Lead and scale the FDE and Technical Support teams, defining operating standards and career development frameworks.
• Own the FDE engagement lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution architecture, PoC validation, and deployment guidance.
• Synthesize patterns from FDE engagements and support escalations into prioritized product input for the roadmap.
• Run tiered Technical Support (Tier 1–3) with defined SLA/SLO frameworks and a developer-first knowledge base.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on pre-sales strategy, QBRs, and roadmap alignment.
• Drive operational discipline using Zendesk, HubSpot, Linear, and Notion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions/Field Engineering) with 4+ years of leadership experience in high-growth cloud infra or AI/ML.
• Deep technical fluency in GPU compute and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on coding ability in Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience building tiered support organizations and SLA/SLO frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical architecture discussions and executive alignment.
