What you will do

• Lead visual direction for brand, product, and performance campaigns across the LATAM region.
• Design storyboards for ads, social content, and hype reels.
• Pitch and present creative concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with freelancers and vendors to provide clear creative feedback.
• Partner with the Creative Director to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Write and communicate with thoughtfulness to support design work.

Requirements

• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
• 6+ years of experience in advertising or branding with a strong visual portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of the intersection between product and marketing design.
• Solid understanding of motion design.
• Native-level Portuguese and strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution.
