What you will do

• Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems across physical and promotional materials.
• Design storefront window graphics, signage, banners, and other large-format materials.
• Prepare print-ready production files with correct bleeds, margins, and color profiles.
• Coordinate directly with printers and vendors to ensure accurate output and execution.
• Review proofs and troubleshoot production or formatting issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and creative initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and print-ready file preparation.
• Experience designing for retail, storefront, or physical brand environments.
• Must be available during EST business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting short-form promotional video content.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools.
• Experience with retail campaigns or experiential branding.
