What you will do

  • Manage and respond to client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Create and issue accurate invoices using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Must be available for the 9 AM - 6 PM UK Time shift.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
